She called. She said that the kids were safe but she wouldn't tell me where they were until I signed the custody agreement I found in the mail today. Using my children as blackmail is beyond wrong.
The woman will do anything to get what she wants, even using her own children against their father. Now more then ever I believe that I need to do whatever I can to keep them with me as much as possible.
I guess it will be up to the courts now.

okay so I know you well enough to know that you know what she has done is illegal! It is not me in your position - I know, however if it were I would call the police and have her arrested for kidnapping! She cannot take the kids without your knowledge and she is wrong for doing it. There is no way that she deserves custody and more than likely won't get it if you press charges here! I know it is a hard thing to do and you would worry what your kids would think for you doing it, however it is the right thing to do, and she would do the same if it had been you.

I called the police as soon as I got home. An officer came to my house to tell me that there was nothing they could do. She is their parent and she is legally allowed to take them. I wish this wasn't the case.

Okay yet another freaking reason I hate the state of Maryland! This is not the case in Fl by the way! I will send you an email later. Just know that I am thinking of you and I will be praying for the girls to be sent home safely and mentally and emotionally intact (as much as they can be). Please forgive me for saying this - however any parent who would do this to her kids (unless they were in harms way) is F@#king Crap in my opinion -
so if you are reading Mrs. mdstayathomefather you suck in the worst way - you did not just do something to hurt William - but you are hurting your babies - you should be ashamed of yourself and you should not be allowed to use the title of Mother because you don't deserve it!
